実施報告：外国籍社員向けライフプランセミナー

Life Planning Seminar for Foreign National Employees (English follows.)

2026年7月、上場企業の労働組合からのご依頼で、外国籍社員の方々（現地参加25名＋オンライン参加5名）を対象に、ライフプランセミナーを実施いたしました。

日本での生活設計や資産形成の基礎知識に加え、「なぜ、ここにいるのか」「自分はどこに向かいたいのか」という問いから始める、体験型のワークショップ形式で進行。グループワークや投資信託のシミュレーション体験なども取り入れ、日本に住む外国人ならではの悩みに寄り添うセミナーとして、参加者の皆様から好評をいただき、主催者にも喜んでいただけました。

Seminar Report: Life Planning Seminar for Foreign National Employees

In July 2026, we had the opportunity to lead a life planning seminar for a labor union at a big Japanese company, for foreign national employees (25 in person + 5 joining online).

Beyond the basics of financial planning and building a life in Japan, the session opened with deeper questions — “Why am I here?” and “Where do I want to go?” — and unfolded as a hands-on workshop, including group discussions and a live investment simulation exercise. Participants responded warmly to a seminar built around the specific challenges of living in Japan as a foreign national.
